BMS MOTORSPORTS FACTORY LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
BUYER'S RESPONSBILILTY:
Buyer acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate this product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.
INHERENT RISKS:
WARNING!! Riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by buyer's own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and buyer fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser's participation in riding activity.
BMS MOTORSPORTS warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
ALL ELECTRIC & GAS SCOOTERS, POCKET & DIRT BIKES, AND MOPEDS
LABOR : For a period of 30(thirty) days from the date of purchase, if the product is determined to be defective, BMS MOTORSPORTS will repair the product at no charge. After the warranty period, you must pay for all labor charges.
PARTS : In addition, BMS MOTORSPORTS will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts for a period of 30(thirty) days. After 30days from the date of purchase, labor for removal and installation is available at your expense.
ATV's
LABOR : For a period of 90(ninty)days from the date of purchase, if the product is determined to be defective, BMS MOTORSPORTS will repair the product at no charge. After the warranty period, you must pay for all labor charge.
PARTS : In addition, BMS MOTORSPORTS will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts for a period of 90(ninety) days. After 90 days from the date of purchase, labor and part(s) fee for removal and installation are available at your expense. To obtain warranty service, you must take the product, or deliver the product freight prepaid for both shipping charge, in either its original packaging or packaging affording equal degree of protection, to any authorized BMS MOTORSPORTS dealer or wholesaler where you bought the scooter.
This warranty does not cover customer instruction, set-up adjustments or product modification outside of the original factory configuration.
HOW TO GET THE WARRANTY SERVICE
CUSTOMER must make a Warranty Registration to your seller within 10days after the date of purchase.
Otherwise, the warranty service should be canceled.
CUSTOMER must fill product serial No. - ATV's (Certificate of Origin/ VIN NO.)
TO SAVE SHIPPING CHARGE, CUSTOMER may ask the dealer or seller where you bought the scooter to take off the fault part(s) and ask to send it(them) to BMS MOTORSPORTS.
PROOF OF PURCHASE in the form of sale or receipted invoice, which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product, including the motor and battery.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection or improper voltage for charging, use of improper fuel or engine oil mixture or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by BMS MOTORSPORTS to service this product.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as battery life, tires and tubes, brake pads, body damage, of any alteration And/or modification to the scooter or the motor, covering air system, carburetor, exhaust turbo, gas intake etc.
This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS. This warranty is valid only in the U.S.A. This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from this product.
